Frequently Asked Questions

Can I reserve a motorcycle over the phone?

Sorry, you can not reserve a bike over the phone. We accept reservations only from our online reservation form.

Where can I find out about current California road conditions?

How do I set up a customer login?

Dubbelju provides its customers with a secure zone for editing their account information, making quick reservations, tracking previous reservations, and participating in a customer-only forum. Customer account information is associated with the email address used to reserve a bike.

To create an account, simply use the Online Reservation form to rent a bike. After placing the reservation, a confirmation page presents the option to enter a user name and password for customer account access.

If you forget your account password, click the "Lost password?" link, enter the username or email associated with your account, and click Retrieve. An email is sent to you with a link to reset their password. If you are using an email address to retrieve the password reset link, be sure to use the same one used when making your reservation.

Please contact us if you require further assistance with Customer login.
