Come on ladies! Join me for a fun tour of Napa Valley and the California coastline. Call us for dates (1.866.495.2774).

Are you a woman who wants to explore CA with other female riders? Come join me, Cherie, on a spectacular tour through Napa Valley and Highway 1.

DUBBELJU Motorcycle Rentals in San Francisco has what you are looking for. A 3 day guided tour for up to 5 female riders. This 500 mile long tour is being offered annually around mid May. It begins and ends in San Francisco and will include some of the nicest empty back roads where the locals ride.

I have collaborated with my boss Wolfgang ( Founder of Dubbelju with more then 18 years experience creating custom tours in California), to handpick these roads which will guarantee you an unforgettable ride with spectacular scenery.

Together we will cruise along the Pacific Coast Highway, travel the Wine Country, weave through gigantic redwood trees, treat ourselves at a Spa in Calistoga and spend the night in an Inn on the edge of the Pacific. All of this and riding the famous Golden Gate Bridge twice.

The downtown square of is laid out in the old Spanish pueblo style, with the old mission San Francisco de Solano (est. 1823). Our stunning after-lunch-ride takes us on some small backroads through the wine country of Sonoma and Napa Valley. Late afternoon arrival in the historic town of Calistoga at our favorite Roman Spa Resort.

You can swim in their naturally hot mineral pool, get a massage or pamper yourself with intimate spa treatments

Calistoga - Elk (160 miles)
Great ride up towards Clear Lake on some twisty roads. Lunch in the town of Hopland, the southern edge of the redwood empire. After lunch we continue through Anderson Valley, the “hidden” wine country. Good run here starting with fast mountain highway twisties into high open ranch land, before riding through the amazing Navarro Redwoods. We’ll meet the Pacific again at Elk, where we will spend the night at the Griffin House Inn with its Bridget Dolan’s Pub

Elk - San Francisco (190 miles)
Early morning departure featuring classic Northern Cal rocky coast riding heading south with stunning views over the Pacific. Lunch at the famous “River’s End” restaurant in Jenner with breathtaking views overlooking the Russian River and the Ocean. We will continue through picturesque Bodega Bay, along Tomales Bay with plenty of opportunities to try some local fresh Oysters.

Further south we will stop in the small town of Point Reyes Station at Toby’s coffee for organic treats and coffee. Trough Olema, the epic center of the 1906 earthquake we will ride right on the San Andreas Fault line all the way to our favorite city of San Francisco. A Word of Caution

Motorcycling the coastal highways and mountainous areas of the Northern California is surely one of the best ways to experience the regions rich cultural history, friendly people, and unequaled scenery. At the same time, motorcycling does have its dangers - Especially on narrow mountain roads with unpredictable traffic and quick changing weather conditions. This tour is operated by DUBBELJU Motorcycle Rentals and should be undertaken by fit, experienced riders with an open mind for changing conditions.
